VILLA FLOREAL is one of the Menotti houses, named after the Menotti family, whose descendant was Gian-Carlo Menotti, one of the most-performed composers of the late 20th century. Mindful of this, the villa has always been committed to culture and today houses a collection of pictures that is publicly accessible (by appointment).

The impressive Art Nouveau building dates back to the beginning of the last century and has been renovated and renovated so gently in two stages that the original condition has largely been preserved. At the same time, the villa was very skillfully furnished with classic-modern furniture, creating a unique, stylish combination of Art Nouveau, Art Deco and modern. This combination is complemented with state-of-the-art wet rooms and modern, well-equipped kitchens.
